1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using XLinker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

XLinker provides secure network acceleration and privacy protection services. The App encrypts your network traffic and routes it through our global server infrastructure to enhance your online security and privacy.

3. Account Registration

You may use the App with limited features without an account. To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Trial: New devices receive a limited free trial period. The trial is bound to your device and cannot be transferred.

Paid Subscriptions: We offer Silver and Gold membership tiers with various duration options. Subscriptions can be purchased via:

• Apple In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscriptions)
• Web payment (Stripe — credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay)

Auto-Renewal: Apple IAP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds: For Apple IAP purchases, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. For web payments, please contact support@swiftelcom.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Device Limits

Each subscription tier has a maximum number of simultaneously connected devices:

• Silver: Up to 2 devices
• Gold: Up to 3 devices

Exceeding the device limit may result in automatic disconnection of the oldest device session.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XLinker and Swift Intelligent Commerce Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

4. 订阅与付款

免费试用：新设备享有有限的免费试用期。试用绑定于您的设备，不可转让。

付费订阅：我们提供白银和黄金两种会员等级，包含多种时长选项。订阅可通过以下方式购买：

• Apple 应用内购买（自动续费订阅）
• 网页支付（Stripe — 信用卡、支付宝、微信支付）

自动续费：Apple IAP 订阅将自动续费，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。您可以在 iPhone 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅中管理和取消订阅。

退款：Apple IAP 购买的退款请求须通过 Apple 提交。网页支付请在购买后 7 天内联系 support@swiftelcom.com。

5. 可接受的使用

您同意不得使用本应用进行以下行为：

• 从事任何违法活动
• 传播恶意软件、病毒或有害代码
• 侵犯知识产权
• 骚扰、虐待或伤害他人
• 试图未经授权访问我们的系统
• 转售、再分发或转授权本服务

我们保留暂停或终止违反这些条款的账户的权利。

6. 设备限制

每个订阅等级有最大同时连接设备数限制：

• 白银会员：最多 2 台设备
• 黄金会员：最多 3 台设备

超过设备限制可能导致最早连接的设备会话被自动断开。

7. 服务可用性

我们努力保持高服务可用性，但不保证服务不间断或无错误。我们可能进行维护、更新或修改，这可能暂时影响服务可用性。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，XLinker 和 Swift Intelligent Commerce Pty Ltd 不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

9. 适用法律

本条款受澳大利亚法律管辖。任何争议应在澳大利亚新南威尔士州的法院解决。
